| Ingredients for Shrimp Bordelaise: |
- 1 cup butter
- 1 head garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

| Instructions for Shrimp Bordelaise recipe: |
- Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add garlic. Cook 20-30 minutes or until garlic is tender. Add onion and parsley.
- Add 2 cups peeled shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook 10-15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti or noodles.
- Serves 4 .
