Shrimp Recipes - Shrimp Cocktail Crabmeat Patties

Use your Shrimp Butler to prepare nice peeled and butterfly shrimp for this shrimp cocktail crabmeat patties recipe!
 
Ingredients for Shrimp Cocktail Crabmeat Patties:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1/2 pound crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup ground of chopped shrimp
  • 1 cup White Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 dozen cocktail patty shells
  • salt and pepper
Instructions for Shrimp Cocktail crabmeat Patties recipe:
  • Saute onions in butter until soft. Add crabmeat and shrimp. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add White Sauce and parsley. Mix well. Cook 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into cocktail shells. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
  • Yields 4 dozen.
